We manage middle and general repairs of tannary machines based on individual custommer requests. Vibration staking machines:New type of a vibration softening machine is advisable for softening and macerating of all kinds upper hides (pigskin leather, side leather, calf leather etc.), that was dried by regular drying methods. We produce machines with working range 1500mm, 1800 mm, 2100 mm, 2400 mm, 3200 mm.

DescriptionThis machine is used for staking and suppling chiefly sided cowhide, back or butt leathers which were dried either pasted or toggled. The machine is suitable for staking and suppling also other sorts of leathers dried pasted, on poles or in a vacuum dryer. The motoric setting of staking intensity enables to use fully this machine also in workshops with frequent changes of sorts of processed raw material or with larger changes in stiffness of leathers in individual parts of the leather. The principle of special processing ensures entirely uniform staking and suppling the leathers in the whole area without damaging thinner spots and under maintaining strong grain. The machine enables staking in different intensities in seven zones (strips) of the whole working width of the machine. The machine operates on the through-feed principle and automatically and can be included into a production line. The machine is highly productive and has a low consumption of electric energy. The adjustment of staking intensity can be effected during the operation of the machine: either individual sections independently or all sections of one or the other carrier (bar) at once. Normal accessories: - mounting aids and tools, consumption parts.
